MESMERIZE

If Pampa Records has a definable sound, then this must be it. So, aficionados of DJ Koze, Ada and the likes will highly appreciate this piece of music. German duo Die Vögel just released an EP titled 'The Chicken', of which the A-side and title track - despite the name - is quite heavy, while B-side 'Mesmerize' is rather laid-back and indeed 'mesmerising'. Buy the EP here. And maybe while you're enjoying the music you can read the press release here, it doesn't happen often enough that they're as entertaining as this one.
