Anyway, happy ending, the label accepted it, Monarchy loves it, and so do we. It'll be without a doubt a much played track in these months to come. Wednesday, May 5, 2010STATIC ON THE WIRE New releases coming from the Holy Ghost headquarters are slim, but when they come, one release can equal the listening pleasure of at least 2 albums plus a 'best of' in other band's norms. According to Youtube evidence they've been working on Static On The Wire since 2007 - glad we can finally hear the finished result, including drums by the late (& fantastic) Jerry Fuchs, guitar solo by Juan Maclean, backing vocals by Chris Glover (Penguin Prison), and congas!
