TOMORROW, IN A YEAR

I think quite a few people were curious how The Knife would it pull it off, making music for the opera "Tomorrow, In A Year". The great news is that a studio album of the opera will be released, 1st March, so there's no reason to be sad if you can't make it to one of the performances. Colouring of Pigeons is available as a free download and it's really intriguing to hear how well they've integrated classic opera vocals in this 11 minutes trip, whilst staying true to their own sound. SSSSOUNDTRACK PT.IV - PHARAO BLACK MAGIC EDITION

I'm very happy to present you the latest edition of the SSSSOUNDTRACK project, compiled & mixed by Swiss duo Pharao Black Magic. You might remember them from their Ecce remix I posted a while back; a different version of that same remix will be released on People In the Sky's compilation "You Will Know Us By The Trail of Avant Pop", out November 16. Another remix is coming at the end of the month and original PBM tracks should surface early next year!
Ok, back to the SSSSOUNDTRACK now, the boys have done an impressive job mixing - among others - Prins Thomas, Air France, Thin White Duke, Linus Loves, Flight Facilities, Lifelike, Pete Herbert, Junkie XL, Electric Light Orchestra and so much more to be discovered.
